Basswood Resort

Check-In time is 3 p.m. Check-Out time is NOON. If you intend to arrive before 3 p.m., please notify our office and we will make every effort to have your lodging unit available. However, we can not guarantee it's availability until 3 pm. We ask that you honor our check out time promptly to minimize hardship on our housekeeping staff and the next guests arriving.
Deposit: A one night's deposit is required to reserve any of our lodging units. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking the lodging unit.
Cancellations are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled 14 days in advance of arrival will to receive a full refund less the cancellation fee. Within the 14 day period no refund will be returned. There are no refunds for cancellations on holiday or special events.
HOLIDAYS & Special Events: There is a 3-night minimum on all major holidays and special events (both NASCAR weekends). The remainder is due 30 days prior to the holiday.
Forms of Payments: We accept Visa, Master Card, cash or money orders. Sorry no checks. A valid credit card must be on file with office to stay in any lodging units.
Pets of any size are NOT allowed in our lodging units. Should evidence of a pet in your unit be discovered during or after your stay, you will be billed a $100 cleaning, deodorizing, and exterminating fee and become subject to eviction without refund. Sorry, no exceptions.
Visitors: Your visitors are always welcome at Basswood as long as they register at our front desk. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. A copy of these guidelines are presented at time of check-in for your signature.
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in any lodging units or any Basswood buildings. Violations will result in extra cleaning fee and could result in your being asked to leave Basswood property.
Housekeeping is available upon request. Please contact the front desk with they type of service you require.

Guests are responsible for leaving your accommodations in the same condition (with normal usage) as it was found when you arrived. You are expected to wash your own dishes and put them away in the appropriate cabinet. Cleaning supplies are provided.
The registered guest will be held responsible for any and all damages found during and after your departure. Should we find any unusual damage after your departure, an itemized invoice will be sent and your credit card will be charged appropriately.
Linens and room articles are inventoried before and after your departure. All towels are to be used for bathing purposes only and are not to leave the rooms. They are not to be used for fishing, wiping down vehicles, etc. Missing items or unusual damage to linens will be charged to the credit card on file.
Lodging facilities will only be rented if an adult (21 years or older) is staying in the room.
