Please observe the following basic guidelines:
Guest Guidelines
Hours -- Check-Out: Noon
- Extend Your Stay: Re-register by 10 a.m. (Based on site availability).
- Store: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Pool/Splash Pad: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Laundry: Open 24 hours.
- Game Room: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Fishing: 7 a.m. to sundown.
- Speed Limit is 10 MPH - remember children are playing!
- Visitors Your visitors are always welcome; however, they must check in at office to obtain their visitor pass.
- Pets are welcome but must be kept on leashes or inside at all times and must not be left unattended. Pets are not allowed in any buildings or pool area. Please clean up after your pet.
- Parking You are allowed two vehicles per site (if space is available). Each vehicle must have a pass visible from the front windshield.
- Trash is to be deposited in the dumpsters located throughout the Resort. Trash is not to be deposited into fire rings or left on site.
- Vehicle Maintenance, Changing oil or working on any vehicle is prohibited in the Resort. See office for instructions on washing your RV.
- Ground Disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains.
- Fireworks or firearms usage in the Resort is strictly prohibited. This includes BB guns, bow and arrows, slingshots, or any device that can launch a projectile.
- Smoking is not allowed in any of the Resort buildings. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Campfires must be attended at all times and extinguished before bed or leaving the Resort.
Gathering of wood within Resort and adjacent property is prohibited.
- Trees, Do not attach, tie or hang anything from trees or bushes; do not hang clothes or towels from trees.
- Fishing There is a restocking fee per day for fishing on Resort property. Permits are available in office.
- Golf Carts are available for rent at the office. Guests with a private golf cart must register it with the office.
- ATVs/Off Road Vehicles are prohibited from being operated in the Resort.
- Bicycles Please ride slowly and stay on marked roadways.
- WI-FI is available throughout the Resort. If you need more information, contact the office.
- Sports Equipment available for check-out at the office.
- Bathhouses Open 24 hours. The Clean Team clean these facilities twice daily and they may be closed briefly while being cleaned.
- Laundry Open 24 hours. Please stay with your laundry and remove from washers and dryers promptly at the end of each cycle.
- Children An adult must accompany children under 14 years of age at all times in public areas. Misbehaving children will be spoken to, by our staff, the first time, taken to the parents or guardians the second time, and asked to leave the Resort the third time. Children misbehaving may cause your entire group to be removed from the Resort.
- No swimming, boats, floaters, trash or rock throwing in or on the lakes. No excessive drinking or vulgar language. No open alcohol in the Store. No storage under or around the RVs, and no posted 'For Sale' signs.
Please do not cut through an occupied site.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in eviction from the Resort.
